The Team

Charlie Anderson

Principal Rep

Charlie brings over 20 years of outdoor industry experience to Split Rock Sales, with time spent on all sides of the business as a rep, a buyer, and behind the retail counter. He launched Split Rock in March 2020 (yep, that March) with a simple goal: combine experience, hustle, and a love for the outdoors to build something real.

He lives in St. Paul with his wife and two kids, and when he’s not on the road or in the office, you’ll find him climbing rock or ice, camping, canoeing, or bombing down a mountain bike trail.

Conor Bard

Territory Manager

Conor joined Split Rock Sales in 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in the outdoor and adventure tourism world. He’s a natural problem solver who’s always ready to jump in and help, and he thrives on learning, adapting, and diving into new experiences.

When he's not on the road or in the office, Conor’s usually enjoying life in St. Paul or chasing adventure, whether that’s whitewater rafting, camping, or carving turns on his snowboard.
