With over 35 years of experience in the outdoor industry, Split Rock Sales has become a leading agency in the Midwest representing a wide variety of top-tier brands in the categories of apparel, footwear, outdoor, climb, ski, and high-end menswear.

We employ a balance of classic boots-on-the-ground field sales & service amplified with modern data-driven analytics to provide our retailers and vendors best-in-class representation.

Charlie Anderson

Principal Rep

Charlie Brings over 20 years of experience as a rep, buyer and retail sales to Split Rock Sales. He lives in St. Paul with his wife and two children. When not working on the road or in the office, Charlie enjoys mountaineering, rock and ice climbing, camping, canoeing, and mountain biking.

Charlie founded Split Rock Sales in March of 2020 (yep, that March).

Conor Bard

Territory Manager

Conor, with over a decade of experience in the outdoor and adventure tourism industries, became a valuable addition to the Split Rock Sales team in 2023. A natural problem solver and eager to help others, he thrives on embracing new experiences. When he’s not in the office or on the road, you’ll find Conor enjoying life in St. Paul, or out indulging in his passions for whitewater rafting, camping and snowboarding.
